During a design consultation, we’ll discuss the scope of your project and present a fee proposal for your review. As a guide, smaller courtyard designs generally start from $3,000 + GST. Where appropriate, we can also explore the possibility of staging the construction process and outline any limitations. The final design will be tailored to accommodate each stage, with detailed notes included to explain the sequence of works and requirements for each phase.
I can oversee the construction phase and provide a quote that includes site visits throughout the process. This can be discussed after the design phase, when you’re ready to engage a contractor for the project. By this stage, you’ll already have a solid foundation of trust in my design, which makes it easier for me to ensure that the vision we’ve created is brought to life accurately.
